Delicious japanes food, the crab salad and signature tuna sashimi aswell as the cod fish were extremely delicious and i highly recommend it.

Very impressive toro sashimi, grilled lobster and Wagyu main dish in the seafood set; as well as the A4 Wagyu beef salad and the pot dish featured in the Wagyu set.

Went here for lunch several years ago. This time round came here for dinner on the weekend.
The place is not packed and service is brilliant. There is always someone refilling tea and is very polite.
The food taste yum for the sashimi don and pork shabu shabu. The oyster tartare would be good if they come with wasabi. Presentation is great.
Remember to book with using open rice, as they will give u 10% off.
Weekday lunch set ranges from $270 ++

We tried FUMI as it is ranked one of the best sushi in Hong Kong. They are, of course, a very popular spot being almost full house when we had dinner there. Understandably, we were seated with other diners on the same table to accommodate the restaurant having more people. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a lively sushi house full of chatter and people. However, if you wanted it to be a quiet, romantic date night, you are probably in the wrong place...
We ordered the FUMI tasting menu and two other rolls: FUMI signature roll and a soft-shell crab roll. They taste pretty good with some flares of innovation, combining different palates together to spur new tastes in Japanese cuisine. I like its creativity but feel that it was pretty average for the level of restaurant it portrays itself. Having been to many great Japanese food locations across the globe, this, unfortunately, is just okay.
beautiful interior designs, great atmosphere. friendly staff, food arrived relatively quickly considering how busy the restaurant was. gorgeous presentation of high quality food. lots of options to choose from in the menu.
Lovely decor. The windows and balcony produce an airy, spacious feel. Good music choices add to the overall ambiance.
The food was incredible. Sizeable portions with multiple side dishes for a full teishoku experience. Priced very fairly too!
